A lot of phone calls and computer work happen here - all with fiber optic internet. Since COVID19 has influenced our daily lives, we also conduct many more video conferences with customers and partners from around the world than before. In the morning, it's not just the smell of coffee; there is also a rich selection of teas and fresh ginger & limes every day, along with various fruits.

Without boasting, but if we don't say it, how else would you know - here, we all enjoy the exclusive furnishings and elegant design on almost 300 sqm on the top floor with a view of the silhouette of Strasbourg and the tram passing by our office tirelessly. In 3-4 minutes on foot, you reach the tram station at the train station and university, various cafes and restaurants, discount stores, and shops - if you walk 2 minutes longer, you're in the pedestrian zone, the market, butcher shops, police, churches, doctors, on the Rhine promenade and bridge, ice cream parlors, fitness centers, department stores, the town hall, post office, banks, etc.

In 1-2 minutes on foot, you are at several discounters, shopping centers, gas stations, ALDI, self-service car wash, beverage market, paint shops, Europa Hotel, restaurants, BMW, AUDI, and VW, etc.

Practically a stone's throw, right outside our door, you have Mc Donald's, an Asian restaurant, Shisha Bar, Penny, Fressnapf, Deichmann, LIDL, TAKKO, DM, 2 gas stations, and Mercedes-Benz.

If you want to go to the hardware store, you have to drive for 5 minutes by car ;-)
